How do we work remotely?
For start, depending on the your needs, we can connect via phone or Google Meet for a first introduction meeting.
To start the job, I will ask you to send some info via email:
- Reference image, link or sketch
- Ring size, if you desired product is a ring
- Metal type
- Overall Dimension
- Stones scan or measurements and pictures (see sample below)
- Any additional useful instructions.
If instead you need help with an existing CAD file I accept these type of formats: .STL , .3DM and .OBJ

I send the first draft back to you with specs and pictures for review.

I also use whatsapp for an immediate interaction in WIP and I’m available if you would rather connect to my screen for a live-review, which will allow us to interact within my program.
To remote connect to my screen you do not need to create any account. I will send you a link to download the AnyDesk app. Once the AnyDesk window opens, simply enter the remote address ID I will provide and finally click enter to connect.
During the work in progress stage I am always available to set up meetings or phone calls when needed.
Once everything has been reviewed, I modify the file if it’s necessary.
I can send “preview” render and additional info on request (metal quote and stone map.)

Once it is approved I prepare it for casting and I can send pictures of how I sprue it and any additional info needed.

When it is necessary I can also print in resin with my 3D printer Formlabs 3+, to make sure of the correct wearability and functionality of the pieces before casting.

And to make sure that the details translate well from CAD to the real piece.

Last stage, I send the printing file to you or directly to the casting company on your behalf, with you in CC.

To help the jeweler assemble the piece I provide a link to view and move the pieces in 3D simply with your phone (without need to download any app or open any account.)
A price quote is provided prior starting each project. If in WIP more than three changes or a radical alteration from the initial design are requested, any additional fees are given before moving forward.
Ring resizing in most cases doesn’t require a redo from scratch. The charge for each size depends on how much time that sizing requires.
Feasibility studies and technical consultations are billed by hour. Regarding the payment methods I offer: ACH payment, Wire transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, Debit card, Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
I care about my clients’ privacy, your designs will be treated as confidential.
Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions or for freelancing commissions.
Regards
Sara Greco
